Axalta Coating Systems, a global supplier of liquid and powder coatings, has been chosen by Gestão RH magazine as one of the 10 best Companies in Human and Organizational Development (CHOD). The annual study analyzes the main practices adopted by companies listed in the CHOD field in relation to corporate governance, human capital, transparency, sustainability and corporate citizenship.

To choose the best companies, Gestão RH Magazine´s survey selected candidates from among companies listed in various rankings such as the 1,000 largest companies ranked by Exame Magazine, the 150 Best Companies to Work For by Época and Exame magazines, the 100 Best Companies in People Management Practices and 50 Companies Psychologically Healthy by Gestão RH.

Since 2007, Gestão RH Magazine has conducted the study which is based on a Human Development Index (HDI), which evaluates life expectancy, education, and per capita income indicators in the countries. The research strives to measure the factors that facilitate the development of people, turning the analysis to the corporate arena and using criteria that pertain especially to Brazil.
